Beldify – ONSSA-Certified Moroccan Terroir Products

1. Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Beldify website, operated by El Ghardouf Hatim, and covers all products sold through the online store.


2. Nature of the Products

Products sold on Beldify are:

  • Authentic Moroccan terroir products
  • Food products certified and approved by ONSSA
  • Sanitary and safe for consumption
  • Preserved products that do not require cold storage
    (e.g. khlii, amlou, honey, oils, spices, dry goods)
  • Artisanal products, produced in limited quantities

Due to their food and artisanal nature, specific return restrictions apply, in accordance with consumer protection and food safety regulations.


3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed food products that have been opened after delivery
  • Products excluded for hygiene or health protection reasons

However, a return request may be submitted within 30 days of delivery only if the conditions in Section 4 are fully met.


4. Optimal Return Conditions

A return will be accepted only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and unconsumed
  • Original packaging is intact, sealed, and undamaged
  • Product has been stored at room temperature, away from heat and humidity
  • No visible alteration (smell, texture, or color)
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Any product failing to meet these conditions will be automatically refused.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened, unsealed, or partially consumed food products
  • Products improperly stored after delivery
  • Artisanal products made to order
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products

6. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Incorrect or non-conforming

You must contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box
  • Your order number

  • Or a refund, at its sole discretion

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
  • A tracked shipping service is strongly recommended

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products upon delivery, subject to compliance with the conditions and deadlines stated above.

Personal data collected for return or refund requests is used solely for:

  • Processing the request

  • Legal and accounting obligations
