Tapioca Pudding (مهلبية التابيوكا)

I never knew anything about Tapioca, or even heard about it before, until couple of weeks ago, when my friend Salma posted on her facebook page this easy recipe. despite that was the first time I hear about Tapioca but I decided to try this recipe, especially that my kids are enjoying eating any kind of pudding, so I thought « why not, I will give it a try « 🙂 .
Next day, I went to the nearest Indian store, I bought the Tapioca, I loved how it looks like, white beautiful pearls, I returned back home and started my work at my kitchen:).
