Env. 1 heure 30 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Pass\u00e9<\/strong> ce d\u00e9lai, divisez la p\u00e2te \u00a0en environ 13 pi\u00e8ces, environ 73 grammes. \u00a0Formez des boules. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">Dans un bol m\u00e9langez le beurre, le sucre et la cannelle pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me pommade. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><strong>Aplatissez<\/strong> chaque boule de p\u00e2te avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, badigeonnez avec une cuill\u00e8re de beurre sucr\u00e9 en pommade. \u00a0Enroulez la p\u00e2te comme une cr\u00eape. Prendre les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s et les plier en dessous, incisez\u00a0 et pivotez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 droite et \u00e0 gauche pour lui donner la forme d\u2019un papillon.
