Pour le gigot, je le fait d\u00e9sosser par mon bouchez (il mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9 que moi \ud83d\ude09 ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1474091742633_34511\"><span id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1474091742633_34510\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">\u00a0En ce qui conserne la cuisson, personnellement j&rsquo;aime quand la viande est bien cuite, le faite de la couvrir la premi\u00e8re heure acc\u00e8l\u00e8re la cuisson et \u00e9vite \u00e0 la viande de s\u00e9cher, la dex\u00e8me heure de cuisson se fait sans le couvecle mais il faudra arroser la viande r\u00e9gul\u00e8rement pour \u00e9viter son d\u00e9ss\u00e8chement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Accompagnez ce gigot de l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s, pommes de terres , riz ou autres selon votre go\u00fbt ..<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-html \">\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(128, 0, 0);\">Pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pr\u00e9paration : 40 minutes\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cuisson : 2 heures<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1474091742633_33508\">\n<li>1 gigot d&rsquo;agneau de 1.5 \u00e0 2kg<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons<\/li>\n<li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li>un peu d&rsquo;huile<\/li>\n<li id=\"yui_3_5_0_1_1474091742633_33507\">sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pour la farce :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bouquet de coriandre et de persil cisel\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 poivron rouge coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>2 c.s d&rsquo;olives vertes d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es et coup\u00e9s en morceaux<\/li>\n<li>1 c.c de paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 c.c de cumin,<\/li>\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\n<li>1 c.c de curcuma<\/li>\n<li>2 c.s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-html \">\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration <\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Dans un r\u00e9cipient, m\u00e9langez le persil et la coriandre cisel\u00e9es, le poivron, les olives, 2 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es,\u00e9pices ( paprika, cumin, curcuma, poivre et sel).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile, sel et poivre, une gousse d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e.
