This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Beldify<\/strong> website, operated by El Ghardouf Hatim<\/strong>, and covers all products sold through the online store.<\/p>\n

  • Food products certified and approved by ONSSA<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Sanitary and safe for consumption<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Preserved products that do not require cold storage<\/strong>
    \n(e.g. khlii, amlou, honey, oils, spices, dry goods)<\/li>\n
  • Artisanal products<\/strong>, produced in limited quantities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Due to their food and artisanal nature, specific return restrictions apply<\/strong>, in accordance with consumer protection and food safety regulations.<\/p>\n

    3. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

    In accordance with applicable consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n

    • Sealed food products that have been opened after delivery<\/li>\n
    • Products excluded for hygiene or health protection reasons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
